I was under the impression the app would give us workout tips or at least allow us to track our progress outside of cardio. Only thing useful about this app is paying the bill.

Nothing makes me more angry when a company prompts their app, and it turns out to be crap!!! It bothers me enough to pay $58 and leave!

It wouldnt let me create an account until the third day I tried. I snapped a photo of my workout today, and it logged everything correctly except for the time, which was 15 minutes off. If it would allow you to manually edit to correct those errors, my opinion would increase greatly.

I love that you can take a picture of your workout machines. However the arc trainer is not listed. Please add it. Thank you.

This app is fine- when it works. At least twice a month it acts as if Im logged out, but entering my correct password doesnt work. Very frustrating to have to manually enter workouts again. The app also needs a way to manually edit "snapped" workouts- displays on some machines show only Calories burned on one screen, then Miles and time on another- so you have to pick which stats you capture. Ive gotten the useless Login screen 2 days in a row; Im headed to PF again today. Maybe it will actually work.

What is the point of a gym app that doesnt list the cardio equipment they carry in their gym? And if they did list their equipment, it would be nice to be able to enter what program you chose, what level or perhaps incline and resistance. Im deleting it from my phone. Pretty worthless.

Add Apple Watch as a linked device.

I downloaded the app and tried logging in/registering but kept receiving an error message saying the app couldnt find my account. I deleted the app from my phone. Disappointed.

This is not aserious app, just developed for the sake of saying "we have an app". It has lots of features, but fundamentally they dont work, because the entire app doesnt work. But somebody got paid for making the app, so, presumably somebodys happy.

Simple, bare-bones app. A few neat features that can be done better with other free apps, but for some reason they let you scan your membership card through the app, but they dont let you add a card to passbook - creating additional and unnecessary steps and giving them another way to track you and your habits.

This app is horribly built and designed, nothing is fluid.

Missing a huge key feature. We shouldnt have to open the app to access the barcode. Instead, we need passbook(wallet) support.

This app is okay at best. It used to have the ability to let you log you ACTUAL workouts, with the machines and weights you were using, not just some generic "weight lifting" when you go to record workouts. I keep hoping that will be incorporated in the next update. Other apps are significantly better because they allow you to track your cardio - the time and distance - AND what youre lifting - weight, sets, and reps - and they chart your progress over time. This app isnt bad - I dont need my key tag when I go to the gym, its just not great for a million other reasons.

I use this app a lot when Im on the arc trainer machine. But when I use it I have to classify it under other, is there any way that you could add the arc trainer as a option under snap a workout feature! That would be great! Thanks!

Sign-in unreliable. Had to have password set several times Link between app and my Fitbit dropped causing me to lose lots of data over several days.

I have a Garmin Vivofit band and am waiting to be able to link with the app!

I use this app when I travel to find the closest PF near me. That works great. Some PFs Id rather never go back to due to crowd size or condition of gym. Id love to leave personal notes saved on that location reminding me too choose the other option if there is another PF in that city. Option 2 is having other members leaving reviews for the various locations. Feel free to contact me and reward me with a PF H3 hummer for making this app awesome. Or just make it awesome.

I will wholeheartedly agree with other review wheres that this app needs wallet support in order to be really useful

Newbie. Still trying to get used to app. Very vague. Difficult to use & understand. Customer service is ok at best. Live help would be more useful. If Im trying to login today, I dont want to wait 24-48 hours for help.

Please add support for Apple Wallet!
