Planet Fitness Workouts App Reviews

I download it (iPhone 6s) from the App Store and when I open it I just get an application generated modal that says, "The app cannot receive brand settings". When I clear it, it just keeps coming back and I cant use the app.

The only real appeal to this was being able to link my Fitbit however I continue to receive a "general error" message every time I try to link. Not really worth the effort honestly

I downloaded the app to help keep track of my weight training, but the app has nothing of the sorts. You can only really track the treadmills, ellipticals and such. I was surprised it didnt even have the 12min and or 30min workouts.

Tried to set up new account and continue to get an error stating "your account appears to be inactive". When I called customer service Im told my account is active and there shouldnt be a problem and I need to contact the web designers to remedy.

Faulty app, wont let me sign up for it. I type in everything, barcode number included, and it wont let me sign up. could be a local error or something but until it is fixed I am disappointed.

I downloaded the app at my local gym and even with their help the app wont recognize my barcode at all so Im not able to even log in. Dont bother waisting your time with this app cause its non existing in my eyes.

I just became a member so I downloaded the app. I typed in the barcode, my name, email, password, and gave my home club location. It keeps telling me that I am not in the system. Do I have to wait a day or two to be in the system or no? Please fix this issue.

Right now it just lets you take pictures in the moment, you cant upload them later. Its inconvenient.

I mean, sweetly funck off. Its a gym app, not a bank. You do NOT need 8 to 14 characters, and a bunch of other requirements.

I enjoy using this to track my fitness. I love that it works with Fitbit app too.
