I use this app every time I go to PF! With that being said, I wish there was a way to save favorite workouts so I don’t have to search.

Love the staff and all of the app features are seamless, I am always looking forward to using the app to check in at planet fitness locations.

I am not sure what is going on with the app. It keeps just spinning and it won’t open. I just signed up for my membership! I am frustrated.

Chill app, I mean it

Crowd meter has been useless forever and nothing has changed. Shows my gym (one of the biggest in my state) as 2 bars. Get there and it’s absolutely packed. As others have written the same review it’s deceptive and not helpful whatsoever. I like to go to the gym when it’s not crowded so I’m not waiting for equipment to open up. I’m able to get my workout done more efficiently when it’s not packed. Fix the crowd meter or take it out because it doesn’t work.

I’ve been a member for over a month now and I really enjoy the seamless way I can access new workouts and learn about new equipment. Check in is seamless and I honestly feel like I am apart of something

No one wants to deal with cancelling in person. You’re just a stupid gym ,…stop taking my money

Good Experience

I see the staff hanging out with their friends instead helping customers. Also I’ve had my son thrown out of the gym for wearing slippers and I’ve seen multiple people in the gym wearing flip flops and slides this is unacceptable. my son shouldn’t be asked to leave. If this happens again we will be cancelling all 4 memberships to the gym. Other than that good place to work out!

Get a good workout at the price. A lot of machines, less free weight.

Paper towel holder is always almost empty or completely empty. The trash can is always full.

The workouts are great! The check in process is efficient! Being able to join classes on the app is very easy and simple! I’m very happy!

The gym I went to had a homeless person sleeping in on the massage machine but overall everything is good.

I swear the crowd meter never works I miss the old format of it. It says it’s always slow or dead then when you pull in your lucky to even find a spot

Taking two stars away for not having an Apple Watch app with the QR code for entry. I don’t like bringing my phone e to the gym and would be nice to just use my watch.

Planet fitness has everything you need whether your a beginner or advanced level fitness. The pat booker location has a great staff Arthur helped us get us started. The facilities are clean the members are respectful and helpful. They have a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Definitely a judgement free health club.

I really like how the app gives additional workouts (both written & video) & training motivation. App has room for potential. I’d really like if the ‘Crowd Meter’ was easier to read. It’s nice to know ahead of time how busy I should anticipate my club may be.

More people on this planet need to be in gym

It’s a great gym, clean, two sets of most machines. Hear beware of peak hours. A lot of young teens/young adults that will sit at the machines while scrolling on their phones. I’m not sure of the staff is allowed to say anything. Otherwise choose the early morning or late night to come in and you will have a smooth workout. Great people at those hours as well looking to keep moving through their workouts as well.

Habit Stacking is how I’ve gotten here. My workouts are based on how much reading. Can get in and I always feel comfortable to work out my way. I get my page done on the cardio machines and love how encouraging people are. I come up with so many ideas for my podcast, books and content because this environment is so safe. Love the app it is a good extention of the local gym.

Muy mala atención, los empleados son molestos y te tratan mal, el equipo muy básico (no avanzaras) y su comunidad es pésima y tóxica un robo si membresías 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Neil is very helpful. After what seemed like an impossible transfer from the Lakewood location, Neil got me taken care of in no time.

You CANNOT cancel membership!! They make it almost impossible. Gym feels and acts like a cult. The app itself functions great tho:)

Me molesta que la atención al cliente es muy mala, los trabajadores son agresivos pasivos, varias veces e tenido complicaciones con el personal por qué no se empeñan en tratar bien a los que pagamos nuestra membresía

I noticed that the app has been update several times, however, the holiday hours have not. If you notice several dates are incorrect for 2025. Easter is 04/20/25, not 03/31. Memorial Day is 05/26/25, not 05/27. Labor Day is 09/01/25, not 09/02. Thank you.
